About Dr Debra Dettman-Wu
Dr Debra Dettman-Wu grew up in Melbourne where she completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Health Promotion) at Deakin University prior to studying medicine at the University of Newcastle, graduating in 2003. After completing her internship and residency in NSW, Debra returned to Melbourne to complete her fellowship in General Practice. Debra has been working as a GP since 2010 and joined Adora Fertility as a Fertility GP in 2022.
Having conceived her own daughters through IVF, Debra has a personal interest and a deep connection with her patients. She understands the importance of providing support to her patients and of working together to help determine potential reasons for infertility. Debra is an advocate for implementing lifestyle changes to support a fertility treatment plan, as she believes this gives patients the best chance of success.
Debra loves children and enjoys nothing more than seeing her patients return with their Adora babies.
