About Dr Gayatri Borude

Dr Gayatri Borude is a highly accomplished gynaecologist and fertility specialist with more than 25 years clinical experience in obstetrics, gynaecology, and reproductive medicine. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) as well as the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and is a member of the Fertility Society of Australia (FSA). Her career reflects a dedication to excellence and compassionate care, helping families across Western Australia achieve their dream of parenthood.

Dr Borude's academic journey is impressive, obtaining her Master’s Degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2002 from the NTR University of Health Sciences, India, where she was awarded two gold medals for achieving the highest marks at both university and state levels. She went on to complete the Diplomate of the National Board of Examinations (OBGYN) in New Delhi in 2003, before migrating to Australia in 2006. In 2010, she was awarded her fellowship from RANZCOG, and in 2014, she completed a Master’s in Reproductive Medicine at the University of New South Wales, further strengthening her expertise in advanced fertility care.

For the past seven years, Dr Borude has been a key part of Adora Fertility Western Australia, where she has provided comprehensive fertility services including IVF, ICSI, and surgical sperm retrieval. She consults privately at the Orion Specialist Centre in Subiaco and performs surgery at St John of God Health Care hospitals as well as Joondalup Private Hospital, offering patients continuity of care across both clinical and surgical settings. Her practice is built on a patient‑centred approach, combining advanced medical knowledge with empathy and support throughout the fertility journey.

With her advanced training in minimally invasive surgical procedures, where she achieved a Level 5 AGES/RANZCOG classification, Dr Borude performs complex laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures with precision and care. Her special interests include infertility and reproductive gynaecology, laparoscopic surgery, early pregnancy complications, obstetrics, and ultrasound imaging in gynaecology. With her extensive expertise and international fellowships, Dr Borude continues to deliver world‑class care, empowering patients with hope and the opportunity to build the families they have always dreamed of.
