Adora Fertility meets with experts in China
10th Dec 2025

Our National Scientific Director, Emma Ebinger attended the 24th Reproductive Medicine Conference in Chongquin, China on the weekend. The conference brings together clinicians and scientists from around the world to discuss new research, cutting edge treatments and practical applications within assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Emma was invited to present the scientific evidence for the single step culture media, which is used at Adora and many other IVF labs within Australia. The single step culture media is designed to minimise the stress on embryos during IVF culture, allowing them to develop to their full potential and providing patients with the best scientific outcomes.
As part of Emma’s trip, she met with many experts in field of embryology and undertook a tour of the IVF lab at the Hunan Women’s and Children’s hospital. Emma commented, ‘IVF is very different in different parts of the world so it is always good to understand new research and technologies so we can explore how they might benefit our patients here in Australia’.
