NSW Fertility Treatment Rebate

The $2,000 NSW government fertility treatment rebate is designed to help with the costs of IVF and other Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) treatments for eligible women residing in NSW.

To be eligible to claim the NSW government fertility treatment rebate you must:

• reside in NSW
• have incurred costs from an eligible ART provider
• meet the household income eligibility criteria in which women must either receive the Family Tax Benefit, hold a health care card or have an annual household income of $116,000 or less
• be claiming out-of-pocket costs not reimbursed by another government program or rebate, such as Medicare
