National Scientific Director presents at ASPIRE 2025

In May our National Scientific Director, Emma Ebinger was invited to speak at the 14th Congress of the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction (ASPIRE 2025) in Singapore. With the theme, ‘Teaming Together: ASPIRE-ing to Excellence’, ASPIRE 2025 focused on fostering collaboration and striving for excellence in reproductive medicine. With a comprehensive scientific program, the congress also featured sessions on emerging special interest groups such as counselling and fertility nursing.
Emma presented the latest data (produced in collaboration with Cooper Surgical) on the potential applications of the ZyMōT™ in laboratory workflows. The ZyMōT™ is a superior method of sperm washing which has shown improvements in fertilisation rates compared to density grade centrifugation (the more traditional method of sperm washing). There are also laboratory efficiencies with fewer steps in the process when using the ZyMōT™, saving time and reducing risks. The ZyMōT™ was introduced in all Adora laboratories in 2023 and is now routine procedure for all suitable sperm samples.
